With over 25 years extensive industrial and commercial experience encompassing roles as owner, shareholder and director; during the past 14 years Norman has focussed and been actively involved in all areas of advice relating specifically to business sales.
A former director and shareholder of a UK subsidiary (a substantial UK multi site operation) for a major overseas manufacturing company, has equipped Norman with an excellent grounding of experience along with an appreciation of the practicalities and diverse aspects of managing, buying and selling companies.
He has personally, dealt with and completed company sales to all types of buyer/acquirer. These have included the recent sale of an actuator company to a FTSE 250 business and overseeing successful transactions across most sectors encompassing manufacturing, services management, retail and wholesale.
Most importantly, he believes his experience has helped him to identify the most significant elements in achieving a sale. By providing focus and recognition of the key aspects of a sale which will positively influence the outcome and ultimately achieve a satisfactory conclusion.
